We've reached our fund-raising goal! The improved stoves are currently under construction at Njombe Secondary School!

Your donations are helping eradicate harmful indoor pollutants which have been infiltrating the school's kitchen and student dormitories. Stoves have been purchased from a company in the northern city of Arusha which specializes in large scale improved wood stoves. My hope is that Njombe Secondary can serve as an example of the successful use of “fuel efficient” stoves – designs that reduce indoor air pollution and conserve natural resources.
